At Made for More Events, we plan and coordinate weddings, social events (birthdays of all ages, graduations, anniversaries, and retirement parties), Corporate Events, Non-Profit or Fundraising Events, and Destination Events.
Full-Service Event Planning: an all-inclusive service where we manage every aspect of the event from start to finish to include concept development, budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, food management, hostesses/Servers, invitations & RSVPs, event design & décor, day-of coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Partial Event Planning: This service is for clients who have begun planning and need help with specific aspects of the events. From vendor referrals, venue negotiation, timeline creation, food management, hostesses/servers, décor or theme support to final event checklists, we provide and tailor our service to suit our clients need.
Day-of (or Month-of) Coordination: Focuses on managing the event on the actual day (or final weeks) to ensure everything runs smoothly. This service include timeline review, vendor management, on-site coordination, troubleshooting and logistics on event day
